Created in Unreal Engine 5.0, I laid out the landscape in Unreal, then used Megascans assets and textures to build the environment. The old car is a free 3D model I modified in Blender and re-textured in Quixel Mixer. The character 'Lucien' is a Metahuman. I used facial animation that came with the Crowd Pack for the City Sample project from Epic (Thanks to a YouTube video from Jobutsu) and animated the body with the default control rig.
